Hi, My name is Christina Murphy. When it comes to Lyme, I wear many hats - I'm a Wellness Coach, a Lyme education advocate (founder of Can Do With Lyme), an author of a meditation book, and a recuperating patient of Chronic Lyme and Co-infections. As you'll see below, I have both practical experience along with extensive training. During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.

I have experience in 18th century herbal recipes. As well,  I have a lifetime of food study and an avid interest in how to be healthy. I also have had a special knack for adapting and recreating recipes so that dietary challenges won't get in the way of eating well.

I received my training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition's cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program. I also received training as a Care Coach from Elymenate, a company dedicated to the education and prevention of Lyme disease and Certificate in Lyme CME Class by Dr Elizabeth Maloney in March 2019.

My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.

My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.

As a Certified Care Coach from Elymenate and Certified Health Coach from Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I am applying my knowledge to help people with dietary, spiritual, intellectual and environmental challenges and especially those with Lyme Disease, (Borrelia Syndrome).

As a recuperating patient of Chronic Lyme and Co-infections I understand the challenges facing those with dietary, social and personal lifestyle struggles.  http://www.your4state.com/news/i-270/frederick-woman-shares-her-personal-story-and-struggle-with-lyme-disease/712951581
